Physics, Mathematics and Technology Education

Students acquire knowledge from various fields – mathematics, physics, computer science and programming, astronomy, etc. Classes are taught by qualified teachers of two departments: physical and mathematical education, computer science and methods of teaching computer science. Specially equipped classrooms, computer labs equipped with modern computing equipment, scientific laboratories (mechanics, molecular physics, optics, electricity, radio engineering) – there is everything to engage in research and make new discoveries. All senior students studying in the pedagogical field have the opportunity to get a job at schools in the region before receiving their diploma, while continuing their studies at the university according to an individual plan. Graduates work as teachers of mathematics, computer science and physics in educational institutions and institutions of additional education. Graduates and students studying in the fields of "Programming Technology" and "Information Systems and Technologies" work as specialists in software development, equipment implementation, maintenance of information systems and computer networks in educational institutions, research centers, government agencies, IT companies, industrial enterprises, firms, etc. Only at our faculty you will be able to: gain the knowledge to create your own software; Design real robots by printing parts on a modern 3D printer; to make new discoveries by working in specialized laboratories with sophisticated physical equipment and an astronomical observatory with a unique telescope "Master"; to participate in international competitions and Olympiads in the field of training.
