Russian as a Foreign Language

The program is designed for international students planning a professional career related to the Russian language, education, translation, and international communication. It combines fundamental philological training with systematic study of Russian as a foreign language and the specifics of Russian academic culture. The curriculum is adapted to international students, providing gradual development of language, communication, and academic skills with continuous support throughout the learning process.

The program is implemented at a pedagogical university with extensive experience (since 1993) in training international students, especially from China.

Special focus is placed on:

- development of academic speaking and writing;

- formation of independent learning and research skills.

Extracurricular activities and mentoring support help students successfully adapt to life and study in Russia.
