Main building

The main building of BSPU is located in the center of Blagoveshchensk, near the Amur embankment, and only one kilometer from China. It is an architectural monument and one of the most beautiful university buildings in the Far East. Our students say that they sometimes feel like they are studying at Hogwarts.

Pedagogical Quantorium

The Quantorium is a space with modern equipment where schoolchildren, students, and teachers can study. It includes a media studio, a natural science laboratory for research in chemistry, physics, and biology, and a robotics platform.

Spaces

We strive to ensure that students feel comfortable studying and relaxing. The university has comfortable coworking spaces, cozy areas for communication and recreation, a large library, bright classrooms, a gym, and a cafeteria. Students from other cities are provided with a dormitory.

Confucius Institute and China

The Confucius Institute of BSPU has more Chinese teachers than any other university in Russia. Our students reach the fifth level (C1 on the European scale) in Chinese language studies and successfully pass language exams. We organize international festivals, competitions, conferences, and holidays in Russia and China, as well as internships and exchanges.

Observatory and Robot Telescope

A robot telescope of the Master network is installed on the basis of BSPU: the same are located in six other regions of Russia, in Argentina and in Cyprus. The installation can record phenomena in the Universe at a distance of billions of light years. Astronomers of BSPU have already observed a supernova flash and the death of a star 10 billion years ago.

Technopark of universal pedagogical competencies

Technopark is a center for studying and developing digital technologies. It has laboratories for gamification, VR and AR technologies, genetics, a complex for studying human physiology, and other modern equipment.

What is the duration of a single entry visa?

90 days.

What do I do after receiving the visa?

Notify the International Office of your arrival date, sending a copy of your visa and travel tickets to visa@bgpu.ru. Arrive at least 45 days before your visa expires. If delays occur, inform the International Office by email.

How long is the multiple entry visa valid?

If less than one year remains until graduation, the visa is valid until the end of study. If more than one year remains, the visa is issued for 365 days and must be renewed annually.

How do I obtain an invitation and when will it be ready?

Email visa@bgpu.ru. After you receive a reply, fill out the application form with your document scans. Once you pass the entrance exams, pay 5000-6000 RUB (≈ 450-540 CNY). Processing depends on the Regional Immigration Department but we aim to have all students arrive before classes begin. The invitation is sent as a PDF by email.

What documents are needed to extend my visa?

Passport; immigration card; two 3×4 cm color photos on white background; registration slip if living off campus; payment receipts (6000 RUB + 500 RUB). For multiple entry extensions: medical certificate and fingerprint card.
